Rainfall was supposed to be light over southern Indiana Friday night, but precipitation amounts were quite generous compared to what had been forecasted. Here in Rushville, I picked up 0.75" in my gauge which matches the radar precipitation estimate below. Areas to the east picked up an inch or more. If only the temperature had been a few degrees colder, we'd have had a pretty significant snow event.

The high on Friday was 49F at 3:00 pm and the low was 29F at 8:50 am. At the start of the rainfall, temperatures were in the low 40s, but cooled to the mid 30s.
